We were delighted to host the second webinar of the series with Melvina Robbin from Future Pathways on 6th August. You can watch the recording of the webinar here:
About Future Pathways’ work
Future Pathways offers help and support to people who were abused or neglected as children while living in care in Scotland. At the heart of their work is a trauma informed and outcome focused approach to supporting people in the diverse ways that they need to move forward with their lives.
Future Pathways embedded a complexity informed, theory based approach to evaluating the progress and outcomes of their work from the start. This has enabled them to systematically reflect on their progress and to understand and respond to how a variety of contextual factors have shaped their work. Their evaluation process has been underpinned by our evaluation software, OutNav.
About the webinar
Melvina Robbin is a researcher at Future Pathways with particular responsibility for engaging people supported by Future Pathways to understand how the organisation is contributing to improving outcomes and what more can be done.
In this webinar, Melvina talks about Future Pathways’ evaluation journey as well as the lessons for implementing new trauma informed ways of working.
This webinar will be of interest to anyone engaged in trauma informed work or taking an outcome focused approach to support, including using Self Directed Support and members of the OutNav Community.
