Megan Williams

Megan brings a breadth of experience from the not-for-profit sector, from international development to social care, and of working in an NHS environment. She joined Matter of Focus in October 2024 from a policy lead role at the Coalition of Care and Support Providers in Scotland (CCPS), where she focused on digital transformation and the availability and quality of data within the Scottish social care sector. She worked closely with a membership of 90 not-for-profit social care providers to understand their perspectives and challenges and represent these to Scottish Government and public bodies. 

Megan has expertise in mental health research and support and experience of working cross-culturally to lead evaluations in an international context. She holds an MSc in Global Mental Health from the University of Glasgow.
