About this webinar
Scotland has a distinct approach to reforming public services that has a focus on what matters to citizens and communities at its heart. This focus comes from the top down, in the form of the National Performance Framework, which encapsulates the vision for a Scotland where everyone has the opportunity to flourish and where wellbeing and kindness is at the centre of all we do. This top down approach is supported by a wide spread ‘bottom up’ commitment to embedding a focus on outcomes for people into the day to day work of public services.
In this webinar we reflect on 15 years of experience of focusing on what matters. We start by clarifying what it means to put outcomes into action, before exploring some of the systemic challenges that individuals and organisations face when doing this and how they can be overcome.
